CUT SHAPES

Metal Fitting Prague assures deliveries of plasma or flame cut shapes from metal sheet of a thickness of up to 150 mm. Cutting shapes on a CNC machine is an operation that allows substantial reduction of costs and also more accurate production. We cut steel, stainless steel, aluminium, bronze, etc.

MANUFACTURE OF CUT SHAPES WITH SURFACE TREATMENT

• cut shapes according to the supplied documentation
• cut shapes with surface treatment by hot-dip or electroplate glavanisation, powder coating, special paint coatings, or surface treatment of the customer’s choice
• cut shapes with execution of the following procedures (bevelling weld edges, drilling holes (which cannot be cut), welding into assemblies and preparation of material for subsequent machining.
